PLANNING PROMOTION
Planning Promotion Agreements or PPA's represent a new way of working together with landowners, forming a partnership with where both parties interests are aligned.
For example, if a land or property owner wishes to add value to their asset through change of use or redevelopment, but is reluctant to take the risk of financial loss due to cost of gaining or failing to win a planning consent, Praedium will work together with the client to realise that mutual goal. Praedium would be remunerated via a percentage of the achieved market value when the asset is sold. Therefore both parties interests are aligned in maximising the value of the site
